Hannah Flynn
Salon Manager, Advanced Stylist
With John James for over 15 years, Hannah is passionate for this industry. Originally assisting the Stylists while developing a well-rounded knowledge of Cosmetology, she has led in various roles and now serves as the Salon Manager.
Hannah graduated from the Paul Mitchell School in 2017, and is a licensed Cosmetologist with expertise in services such as coloring, highlights, balayage, and braiding.

Michelle Jarnot
Assistant Manager, Advanced Nail Technician
Michelle started with John James as a Shampoo Tech while attending The Temple, Annapolis Cosmetology school. After earning her license in 2021, she became the Assistant Manager and dedicated Nail Technician & Artist.
Michelle is passionate about client comfort; she specializes in Dry Manicure & Pedicure techniques to achieve smooth, long-lasting results with beautiful nail art & design.

Patrik Alan
Curl Specialist, Hair Architect
Patrik is an award-winning stylist that has been in the hair industry for over 3 decades. A longtime industry expert, he is a former national color educator for Alpaparf Milano, as well as an educator for DevaCurl Concepts, teaching other salon professionals how to work with curly hair throughout the United States.
He is a Curly Hair Specialist, working with multi-cultural textures for over 2 decades. He also holds a membership in Curly Hair Artistry. In addition, Patrik works with men’s hair to create modern looks that marry barber and styling techniques.

Michaela Galvin
Stylist
Michaela started with John James as a Salon Assistant in 2024, graduating from The Temple, Annapolis and earning her Cosmetology license in order to become a full Stylist. She's continued to evolve her knowledge of blondeing, vivid colors, and toners with our Advanced Stylists during her time working as a former Salon Assistant.
Michaela loves blondeing & vivid colors - from highlights and platinum cards to balayage, full color vivids and peek-a-boo color - she’s excited to bring your ideas to life!

Amanda Huddleston
Advanced Stylist
Amanda has been a Stylist for over a decade, focusing on listening to her clients’ concerns and working with them to update their look into something they can maintain. She loves sharing tips and tools to make her client’s beauty routine as smooth and manageable as possible.
Her training includes classes from top educators such as Toni & Guy, Bumble & Bumble, Eufora, Make Up For Ever, and Smash Box. In addition to all aspects of haircare, she specializes in lived-in hair color.

Molly Johnson

Dedicated to creating a fun, relaxed experience for her clients, Molly builds unforgettable, lasting relationships.
For over a decade, she has honed her skills in balayage and other lived-in blondeing services as well as intense corrective color/cutting, tape-in extensions, and make up. Creativity is in full bloom with Molly.

Kevin has been a Stylist and Colorist throughout the Annapolis and Greater Baltimore area for more than 2 decades. He has a calming, reassuring manner that sets all his clients at ease while also being a light hearted personality with honest feedback about hair goals vs lifestyle fit.
Kevin is famous for his natural blondes and other beautiful color transformations. As a Texture Specialist with Keratin & Brazilian Blowout treatments, he is also known to provide the best smoothing blowouts around!

Advanced Stylist
Lisa has been a top Stylist in Annapolis for over 4 decades, specializing in all phases of cut and color design.
Lisa’s incredible personality has her in high demand throughout every season. She is a wonderful high energy, optimistic cheerleader. Honest feedback with fantastic results. Her lasting blowouts are legendary! She will have you looking good and feeling gorgeous every visit!
