Tom and Debbie share a passion for the industry and a dedication to customer service. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University and Debbie Neagle-Freed attended the Von Lee International School of Aesthetics. She has worked in the aesthetics field for nearly 20 years and is a lifelong resident of the greater Annapolis area. She is also the founder of the Connor Cares Foundation (‪www.connorcares.org), which gives back to the community and honors their son, Connor John-James Freed, who is also the namesake of the salon.
